“Following advice from Mikey @retrofitted, I opted for a Try-Before-Buy opportunity with @upsticks_campers. This was a great decision as it enabled us not only to sample camper van life over a few nights but also to help define our preferred specification for the conversion. Very usefully, Mikey and Dave were able to source a VW panel van for us that met our requirements. As the conversion began, Mikey and Dave welcomed our input and participation in the conversion project in order to discuss and choose various options to their Standard fit, including internal colour scheme. The overall result of their conversion significantly exceeded our expectations with the quality of the workmanship and finish being nothing less than superb. We named her: Adiona. She looks fantastic and performs like a dream. I spent the early days getting used to her, where she could go, what she could do as well as introducing Adiona to family and friends. I started a Journal to record our many adventures with Adiona.
